JOB DESCRIPTION:


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, layout and execution all print/online collateral including advertisements, promotional and marketing materials, packaging and labels, business cards, stickers, etc.
Design artwork for the web
Work closely with buyers to communicate brand message and ensure consistency.
Partner with creative team to organize designs and images for web, print, social media, trade shows, etc.
Manage and create all brand documentation
Image resizing and basic retouching
Additional ad hoc projects as required (photography, videos and packaging)
Work with creative team to create engaging, relevant, and inspiring email content on a weekly basis
Provide general graphic design and production support as needed
Must be able to adapt to different printer's needs

QUALIFICATIONS:
BA or BFA is required
At least 2-5 years design experience
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge) in a Mac platform
Strong knowledge of digital workflow
Passion for both print and interactive design
Retouching/photography skills a plus Web Design is plus!!
Passion for and strength in excellent typography
Ability to interpret and convey NRSworld's evolving branding message and overall point of view
Marketing experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Photographer - NRS & DAVID'S WESTERN STORE

We are looking for a person that can capture and process images from and for all aspects of our business – web, catalog, social media, events, etc. College Degree preferred or equivalent experience. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our photographer is responsible for all web merchandise photography and print photography in our on-site photography studio and on locations, if need be. As the web photographer you photograph all still-life product shots for presentation on the website. As the print photographer, you will work closely with the creative team to stage photos for print media and web media. This position will also be responsible for light retouching, styling and maintenance of the photography and studio equipment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take and process images for the web and print
Work closely with the creative team to organize photos
Studio photography, location photography and sports photography
Light, style, compose and photograph a wide range of retail products and people to be presented on the website
Maintain quality and consistency of all photography
Maintain day-to-day workflow/objectives to ensure tight deadlines are met.
Work closely with other photographers, graphic designers and merchandising team to accurately represent all products online and in print
Maintain proper file naming and image protocol for upload and archiving.
Coordinate with other departments for product workflow for maximum efficiency.
Prepare and set up necessary product backgrounds based on pre-defined standards.
Share responsibility for photo studio workspace and equipment.
Complete special projects as needed, both on- and off-site.
Retouch images

Information Technology Specialist - NATIONAL ROPER'S SUPPLY
This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, prioritize appropriately and communicate effectively inter departmentally. College Degree preferred or equivalent experience. See below for expanded details.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility shall be to provide assistance to the Technology Director and to help the technology department provide employees with the tools needed to meet their goals.

• Assist employees with the use of technology, responding to help desk requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot problems thoroughly before forwarding to technology director, including checking for hardware errors or damage, confirming that software is properly installed and updated, and checking cable connections to the hardware and in the wiring closets.
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware as directed by the technology director, including but not limited to, cleaning of dirt and dust, hardware maintenance procedures, and re-imaging computers.
• Maintain an inventory listing of all technology hardware and software for fixed assets reporting.
• Install hardware and software as directed by the technology director.
• Maintain all work areas in an organized manner to facilitate the smooth function of the technology department.
• Maintain an organized system of clearly communicated documentation for processes related to the position.
• Maintain a high standard of ethics, abiding by all company policies, and respecting confidential information encountered in the course of the position.
• Other duties as assigned by the Technology Director.

Required Abilities/Experience
• Experience with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop/laptop hardware/software
• Windows and Mac OS desktops and notebooks, as well as iOS devices, in a networked environment
• Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 (Outlook, Excel, Word), Open Office (Writer, Calc)
• Basic understanding of VMware VCenter maintenance and configuration
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and related services (DNS, SMTP, DHCP)
• Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration
• Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs and have a working knowledge of running network cables
• Must communicate clearly in written and verbal communication
