Bar H Equine Tooled Turquoise Dots Series Noseband Chestnut leather with tooling accented with turquoise sunspots, stainless hardware. The Bar H Story The Bar H Company traces its roots in livestock and agriculture back five generations to the Howard family farm in Falls County, Texas. In the early 1900s, the family farmed cotton and raised livestock, operated a cotton gin and brokered agricultural commodities. After World War II, the family moved to Houston, Texas to raise their children and begin what became a 42 year career with the Southern Pacific Railroad. In the 1980s, the family reclaimed their farming and ranching legacy in Texas with horse and cattle breeding operations in Robinson and Waller counties. An interest in performance horses led them into equine publishing in the 1990s with a successful periodical titled Cowboy Sports Magazine. The manufacturing and distribution of quality saddles and tack started in early 2000 and continues today in Parker County, Texas with Bar H Equine. Our company culture is based on a strong work ethic and an even stronger sense of family. We trust you will appreciate the quality materials and craftsmanship built into every Bar H Equine product.
