NRS Teams Only Team Roping Clinic

Our newest format team roping
clinic is the “Teams
Only” clinic. You must enter this clinic
as a team (we can attempt to match you with
a partner if needed). This clinic is great
if you and your regular partner wish to attend
a clinic that will focus on the skills you
and your partner need to compete at a higher
level. It is great for the junior rodeo partners,
the husband/wife team or the father and son
who want to attend a clinic and rope together.
If one member of the team is stronger than
the other, this clinic will help each partner
understand what they can do to set the other
partner up for success. Like all other NRS
clinics, horsemanship will be a major focus
of the clinic. We strongly believe that the
best team roping team is the team with the
best two horsemen. A limited amount of time
will be spent roping the dummies on the ground
while 70% of the clinic will be horseback,
roping sleds (Buford, Hot Heels, Robo Steer,
Heel O Matic, etc.), tracking lead steers,
and roping a lot of cattle. Video will be
shot and instruction given while watching
frame by frame. The clinic will end with
a “just for braggin’ rights” jackpot
to see how each team can handle the pressure
of competition. The clinic is open to all
levels of ropers whether you and your partner
are a #7 team or a #14 team. We guarantee
to take you to the next level as a team.
